Who We Are

Founded by Golden Globe-winning actor, musician, and philanthropist Kevin Bacon in 2007, SixDegrees.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to fight disconnection, the silent force eroding our communities. Through storytelling, community-first campaigns, and resource-sharing, SixDegrees.org empowers nonprofits, companies, and individuals to expand their impact, proving service is the antidote to disconnection.

Led by CEO Stacy Huston, SixDegrees.org focuses on four core pillars vital to our communities: youth empowerment, justice and equality, sustainable environments, and emergent issues.
