Are you able to collaborate actively with an agency from June through September 2025?

What this means: We’re looking for nonprofit partners who can commit to regular communication and creative collaboration with a professional advertising agency throughout the summer campaign period. Some development periods may last longer. The goal is a strong campaign, not meeting an obscure deadline. This includes: 1. Participating in virtual meetings and brainstorms with the agency team (2-4 times per month) 2. Sharing stories, photos, or testimonials that will help shape your campaign 3. Reviewing and providing feedback on creative materials (like copy, visuals, or concepts) 4. Being available for behind-the-scenes documentation (such as interviews or video capture) You don’t need a full marketing team—but you do need a reliable point person on your staff who can be responsive and engaged throughout the process.
